Entry Information

ENTRY FEES - £30 up to Monday 8th April 2018, Late entries and on the day are £40 to 12.30pm is the last start time

On line entries close at Midday on the 13th April 2019

The course is open to start from 10.00am to 1.00pm

We have Paramedics and an ambulance on site.

Veterinary assistance if needed is from Liphook Equine Hospital who will charge the owner/rider for any call-out.

Refreshments are available from the catering tent in the lorry park

Rules for the 2019 event

  1. Crash hats to BSEN1384 or its equivalent in 2019 and back protectors must be worn.
  2. Riders without a back protector must sign a disclaimer.
  3. Horses & ponies must be a least four years old.
  4. Children under eleven must be escorted by an adult.
  5. Riders must not deviate from the marked course.
  6. Every effort should be made to give way to faster riders and likewise, faster riders must respect slower riders and make every effort to avoid upsetting slower horses when they pass.
  7. Any rider riding or behaving in a dangerous or reckless manner will be stopped and disqualified.
  8. Only 3 attemps may be made at a fence before moving on.
  9. In the event of cancellation the entry fee will be refunded minus £3 per entry for administration costs.
  10. Entries may be refused at the Organisers discretion.
  11. The Organisers decision on any matter shall be final.
  12. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.
  13. No horse/pony may be ridden around the course more than once.
